He's been a bit negative for what seems to be years now. There are many of these guys who keep on being negative. Business in the Country is just not that bad in fact it is good. It is not like late 1999 or 2000 there is a global expansion underway.

My guess is that much of this has to do with program trading and people simply turning down the risk level indicator and the computers do the rest.

If anything is being rigged it is the oil price and it now goes up and down at the whim of the Russsian traders and they have no doubt learned how to short the Dow and the NAZ and are no doubt palying this for all its worth.

We have turned the Russians from communists into red blooded capitalists who have no laws no rules no regulation no SEC no courts no judges in fact none of the infrastructure that we have in the West. Even JP Morgan couldn't have won against these new Russians.
