Wow, hardly know what to say.
Could plaintiffs themselves be planning to buy the properties cheap and then resell to get their $$?

Hope we regular unit holders are not getting screwed as much as this indicates.

Sure seems like there should be more to this. The figures are just SO out of line with the damage claims.
