Absolutely. I've done many divorce cases. Whenever we are close to a settlement but the trial is quickly approaching, both sides will inform the judge of what is going on and ask that the trial date be pushed back. The Court will then provide us with days which they are available to hear the case we go from there. Hopefully this is the case here. We'll see.
