Probably not the sort of good news any here will appreciate... but it is what it is, and while it doesn't change anything re the facts being the facts, it does probably mean we can all go off on vacation ourselves, now, without worrying at all about keeping tabs on events day to day...

I'll guess that after this week, we won't see any settlement rumors again for a while...

The good news is that by the time it comes around to trial, those going on the victory cruise will be able to book the off season rates.
