Doesn't matter what JPM tries/thinks etc. Fact remains that MU is/was working for JPM as a trustee for MOSH and sorely "neglected" his fiduciary duty administering the trust. Heck he tried to sell the trust properties some years back already and lately within the last 2 months,,, I got reams of paperwork where he failed, to put it nicely.

The ball and suit remains with JPM and Dimon. I do not care "how big they are" and "too big to fail",,,heard it all before in other cases.
Settlement? DUNNO, I'm sure Gibbs is running out of options or has run out already, but I for one would like these 3 Jesters in court for cross examination for the Jury (average Joe) to hear and judge.

Kim and Buzbee are doing an amazing job so far with the help from us peons as well. They should get paid well for their effort as well as all unit holders, return of the properties which PXD claims is worthless - HAH, why haven't they given it back some years back? backpay for layout/charging the trust, Interest etc++++++++ 3x penalties to boot for all 3 defendants.
