Certainly a positive no matter how you look at it..A group of Chinese investors loaning a 1 penny stock almost a million?..if they didn't think the company didn't have a future or the shareprice would go up enough to be able to sell at some point, they wouldn't have done it..Jmho

On April 08, 2009, The Hartcourt Companies Inc. (the “Company”), entered into Loan Agreements with Chinese investors pursuant to which, Chinese investors agreed to loan an aggregate of $800,000 to the Company. The loan interest is accrued at the rate of 6% per annum.
