Imagine yourself on the other end of the spectrum (the supposed AMEX exchange). Wouldn't you want to look at how established the company is with its business plan and their success record over the past couple of years?

Just a thought. I believe I would want to look very carefully at those aspects of an applying company. The reputation of the AMEX is also at stake.
