Keep in mind that Kading stated in one of his updates that he was looking for investment capital via the convertible debenture route but to do so would require a 10SB approval by the SEC. Maybe he just wants to use NNRF as a vehicle to get to a public trading platform. If that is the case, any current NNRI holder will be squashed in the process...
