I've read all the info on Kading that is available on Kevin's website. It certainly appears that he is trying to build a real holding comapny using companies with some technology assets. (Check all update on his site.) It is a slow process, especially now with venture capital from investment banks under pressure.
I don't think Kading has taken on NNRF as a "pump and dump" play. NNRF must have some assets which Kading feels can be exploited or NNRF has a basis which Kading can use to attract investors.
I am not counting NNRF out just yet but any rebuilding, if done, will be a slow process.
