I already stated my opinion on asking the question in the first place. Your comments on the board give a frame of reference to her response. If you provoke someone enough, most likely eventually you are going to get an aggressive response.

Surely you cannot be surprised I'd have a different opinion about the CEO of a company I believe is going to be a great investment. As a friend I'm surprised you are continually on the board finding fault with everything you can in a company you claim to have an investment. Why invest in a company when you have so many doubts? Why do you care so much anyhow?
