Thats the trouble mike, we've been hearing 'soon' for quite a while now!

Talked to Linda briefly again yesterday and she is working on getting rid of the "e" as quickly as possible.

Im sure the standard excuse applies once again? 'Its out of her hands'? What does Linda do for 3 months that she cannot be preparing the filings? Seems to me that if most things are 'out of her control' then she would at least have time to concentrate on them?

Whether anyone likes it or not it is a very sad state to miss on a regular basis. Of course all that could be wiped out by announcing the closing...soon!
