and Coleman.....this should teach a lesson that there needs to be a mechanism in place that resolves things by Jan 20

this is ridiculous...because now it's obvious he's just trying to delay the seating of his opponent, Franken as senator and this is contrary to the will of the voters

It's gone beyond reasonable and the court should shut him down
or at least...someone should
