OT:
After all of the "stuff" that has been passed around, here, this morning, I decided that some of these 'extremely knowledgable persons' might be able to shed some light on my question. When I don't know the answers, I try to go to the experts.

The point I was trying to make is, it is not usual for a law firm of that caliber, to take a client such as Mr. Casavant, without knowing what they are getting into. And, since it doesn't appear that it took very long to make the decision, the information the law firm was given must have had quite a bit of merit to it. JMO:
