jon....Stating publicly that there are 500 billion authorized shares, and then having over 400 billion of those outstanding is not criminal. It''s not even questionable! In fact, it should be expected! Just because you don't like it, means nothing.
The company just told you they were issuing an additional 35 BILLION shares. What percentage of the O/S do you believe it is? Not to mention, the CEO is giving away 40 BILLION of his own!! Do you think he's share free now? Do you think he gave away half? Please do some simple math.
