jon.....Pure silliness! Lawyers by definition deal with criminals on a daily basis!! And if this deal works out well for the company, but not for the shareholders, you think Roger's reputation will be hurt?? On the contrary, every penny stock CEO in the world will be after him. Complicit of what??? Making money through venture capitalism? Since when is that illegal? What does Roger have to do with the O/S? He's never stated what it was!
We're not his client, the company is. What he does in their best interest has nothing to do with the looming O/S!
I really think people here have a poor grasp on the business world. JMO, of course.
