EDIT That's fine by me since I said that I was going to go by what was said in the link I included. The other two were as you just mentioned, rhinoplasty and eyelift/eyelid surgery. Do I get a report card at the end of the term? I'm doing fairly well with your quizzes so far, and I have a feeling that my parents will be delighted.

Rhinoplasty (nose job) and blepharoplasty (eyelid surgery) are the two other invasive cosmetic procedures rounding out the top-5 along with breast augmentation, liposuction, and tummy tuck.
