Rhinoplasty (nose job) and blepharoplasty (eyelid surgery) are the two other invasive cosmetic procedures rounding out the top-5 along with breast augmentation, liposuction, and tummy tuck.

Traditional face lifts are not in the top-5 and are essentially an obsolete procedure—few people want to end up looking like Joan Rivers. Injectable fillers (e.g. Restylane, Juvederm, Radiesse) are considered non-invasive procedures, which is an altogether different category.
