Being I am sure what you may call a incompetent penny trader..
who really does not feel it is omg important to have to dig for every single filing.
I just look for firms that do what they do in a great way...
I look to see if there service is needed by many.
That is how I first found DDI,
They have a nich market,there service is needed and used by several multi million dollar firms..
As an Incompetent investor as of right now I have 25 firms I have invested in.
The point is the pure volume of reading a 10k,8k,SC 13G/A
takes hours to dig through..
when All pr has to say is yep we made money over all or hey
this had to be filed because of a rule and it means so and so.
end of story not some giant 5,10,15 page form that meets the SEC Rule.. The companys do not work for the SEC they work gawd I hate to say this but they do work for us the investor...
