Why do they need to PR what has been filed to the SEC and published? I swear "penny traders" really do want want want..

The only reason they would need to put a PR out is so the novice, inexperienced investors would know. You know, the ones who wouldn't know whether or not the filing came out, because most don't even know where to look for it!

I'm still ticked off at DDI for waiting until March to tell us that the daily penalty situation ended in December.

Why? all that information was in the filings.. it is NOT the company or IR's fault that the majority of "penny traders" are incompetent and don't know how to read filings.

The company files timely reports with the SEC... you don't need PR's to gauge the health of the company. PR's are mainly for those who need pictures to understand something. This is a big boy stock, your going to have to read the filings... it's not IR's job to paint pictures.

God I'm glad I no longer do OTC IR work... ughh lol!
