Well, CSykes, I therefore must commend you for apparently being the only poster on this board who realized in December that the penalty period ended in December. However, since you are an occasional reader/poster on this board, I don't recall you bringing this information to light back in December/January/February.
I think the research done on this board is outstanding. I wouldn't be so quick to use the word "incompetent" around here.
