Sorry, I meant O'Quinn. You know the one you said this morning wasn't taking any more cases RE: naked shorting.
If you'll do some of that research your so good at, I think you might find he just filed suit again on a completly different case in the last day or 2.

Which one? Two of O'Quinn's suits have been dismissed. The remaining one--the Jag action--has been on hold while everyone awaits a decision from the judge. That judge made O'Quinn amend his complaint twice, and apparently still isn't satisfied that he's made any case at all for a naked short.
