From what I gathered from the conference call, the change should be completely done in April in every way, shape, and form. It was mostly done in February. 98% of the signs if I remember correctly were done by March. There should be little to nothing left in the way of rebranding/cost-cutting. The vast bulk of it was done by February. I could be mistaken though, and you're right there there will be at least one-time costs associated that other companies don't have to worry about right now. Q1, at the very least, will look like a disaster IMO on the face level.
