Does Urban have the balls to issue upwards of 400 billion shares and consequently LIE about it in PRs about share retirement and statements by the company's IR man refuting a high number, to thousands and thousands of shareholders?

But he didn't really lie. I doubt Melvin was authorized to make the rather ambiguous statement he did make. If the company had wanted to deny the 400 billion figure definitively, they'd have put out a PR to that effect.

Does any of this surprise you?
