Ahhh so you figure OTC BB just pulled the number out of thin air? So when someone reported the div to OTC and OTC asked for details what do you figure they were given maybe a "none of your business"? LOL

Why all the secrecy and doubt about the o/s?

If the divs are paid, obviously it's going to be pretty easy to figure out the o/s, so why not just put it now?
