Click on the Delete Temporary Files entry in your results and follow the instructions. (don't download anything here)

Either Adaware or Spybot will get those pesky tracking cookies. (I think the one from the adult site is a nice touch)

Set Sun Java Update to not start in msconfig. You using a remote control to run your media center? If not, set ehRecvr.exe to not start in msconfig.

Talk to your computer? Does it type what you say? Do you really want speech recognition running in the background? If not, set ctfmon.exe to not start in msconfig.

Other than that. looks fine to me.
