No, not directly. The states and the cities used to get more help from the Fed Gov. That's changed and they're hurtin, so............

In Chicago, Daley privatized the parking meters. They went from a quarter for an hour to a quarter for 15 minutes. A good portion of the lakefront is now gated and Standard Parking runs it. Tobacco doubled in price overnite. The list goes on.

I don't think it would have been any different with anyone else in the WH. We're just on a suicide course with pedal to the metal.
