I wouldn't dream of asking I/R to do that.

It sets a very bad precedent for I/R to refute crap posted on a stock forum. Besides, until the problem of naked shorting is addressed, it won't do any good; the bashers will just post other crap; it's a losing battle. Naked shorters certainly use stock forums as a means to an end and naive investors who sell based on what they read on forums play right into the shorters' hands.

The only reason it even came up was that apparently some poster over on the Stockhouse board tried to get the courts involved for whatever reason and ended up getting served himself with a cease-and-desist order. I speculate that's why Dutch's posts were deleted from the site either by Dutch himself or by Stockhouse. You make the call.
