The dealings with Sinobul...They create more questions than they answer...
Sinobul a sub of Hopeful Internet Tech.Ltd ? I thought Sinobul belonged to Hrct...Who are they ? How did they obtain ownership....And for them to sell it implies value and so they got paid for Sinobul ? We gave Sinobul away , free, for the promise of something of consequence forthcoming down the line out of First Shanghai Corp, from which, we were promised some 17% of a new entity of which Sinobul would have been a part...
Enter FIRST INFORMATION TECH.LTD. , The entity who bought Sino from HOPEFUL for an amount unknown...and in which HRCT is to get 10 1/2 % interest...But again , this is not clear...Signed contracts are mentioned and it appears , that HRCT has to BUY the interest and the shares..Can this be right ?
And from this 10 1/2% interest in FIRST INFORMATION, will you then distribute anything at all to shareholders in HRCT ? No time frame is indicated ...
