Hi Ken.

You're correct. The cost of the course was $300 (plus S&H).
Andy, my Father-in-Law bought it way back when, but lost track of the audio tapes. He brought the binder to the AIM gathering we had in Vegas. I don't remember if it was the 2000 or 2001 gathering.
