As far as I'm concerned, Jared going on vacation is as good a sign as it gets. If a buyout truly is in the works it's pretty much up to the lawyers now for the most part anyway. Once they get things hashed out, with Jared's yea or nea only a phone call away, the paperwork will be there for him to sign when he gets back if things pan out.
