options/help!!! etrade seems to require me to have the stock to trade options on it. maybe they think i want to sell or write it?? are there any option trading houses that don't require the stock or large balances to trade puts and calls?? like if i buy a 100 call contracts at $3.00 each i pay $300 + commission and no account requirements to qualify other than having enough in it to pay for the trade?
