First the CEO of Yukos announced political aspirations, then it was claimed that the company owes about $ 3.9 bn in taxes for fiscal 2000. The CEO was sent to jail for tax evasion. The company proposed to pay these taxes in increments which apparently was not accepted by the state. Bailiff seized their accounts and now they are running out of money to ship their product and will have to stop producing oil by the first week of August.

A highly profitable company is being run into the ground by the state. They could pay these taxes within two years, easily. He really should not have run against Putin in the political arena. LOL.
