Dr. Martin R. Walker, PhD, of the Federal Motor Carrier Safety Administration, as a
professional would not make comments such as those in reference to a presenter,
not even in private. Such comments, if said, would undermine his credibility as an
unbiased researcher in this field. Of course, another Martin Walker could and his
statements would have zero relevance as he would not be associated with this program.
