I would assume however, idcc has made some adjustment when accepting fixed fee licensing. As far as the fixed fee versus per unit arguement, you will find a few that will argue idcc has done the most wonderful thing no matter which decision they made, it just happens to be fixed fee at this time. mo. .. nic
