Could you give an anticipated date or approximate that you feel non-cellular signings will begin to become important to idcc?

I think IDCC business plan is to provide products first and then do the license signings after the introduction of the products. Look for the products first.

IDCC has already signed a number of their licensees to 802 royalties.

Another strategy will be to acquire a company that has already signed a number of 802 licensees.

As a last resort, you can look for litigation. I do not think that will happen until wave 2 is deployed in the U.S.
