I don't have a problem with your preference lastchoice. I just worry about nokia going fixed fee and then idcc is locked in with sam and nok if the economy begins to boom as I believe it will at some point. If not, and an extended economic turndown, then you may be right. I feel 2010 and 2011 and 2012 will seem like forever if we're all fixed fee.

LG will be very interesting and I hope we get a per unit also. Doesn't lg come up before two years? I was thinking sooner. mo. .. nic
