AOOR is the parent corp to both APDR and EBOF. They were supposed to be going private as of almost 2 years ago. Things got pretty bad for all 3 companies but it looks as if EBOF might be righting the ship. You might want to do a google search on the CEO and find a little information about him. The one thing I found most peculiar about him is every time he bought stock in his own company, the price dropped.
