Jeffree. One of the things that always comes up is Qualcom's rate versus idcc's. Is there any way to put it into perspective such as qualcom's portfolio as to number of essential and total patents relative to idcc's. I would think there is an easily explainable reason why nokia pays qualcom 4 bucks and idcc 35 cents. tia if possible. mo nic
