It is decision time every day for some on this board. I do not believe that Nok will get the biggest discount in 3g as they did in 4g. Further, IDCC will be in a cash position to fold in another company or two with existing recurring revenue awaiting growth and just ran out of time due to the floppy economy. You have to keep in mind that all of these companies anticipated 2002 for the launch of 3g. There has been a significant delay hurting those without stay power. You also have to remember that IDCC has not licensed its 4g portfolio and this could cause growth. I do not believe like you that IDCC is at a crest once Nok signs.
