The standards committee will admit you into the Hall of Fame if your if your style of play is exemplary and valid for the overall game, but you have to give everyone equal and fair access to your autograph. Your own actions do have a huge effect on the value of your autograph. You can refuse to give your autograph to the fans, but you have to state your intention before the final vote into the Hall. If you declare your intentions not to give your autograph under fair and reasonable terms to all fans, then the standards committee can vote your style of play out in favor of another who is willing to conform to the rules of the game.
