So by extrapolation, might we say that if you want your company to succeed it's okay if you go out an rob a bank?

he guy and his company got kicked in the head big time... k... no.. I'm not defending him... and I dont know much about it other than my gut feeling which made me buy CMKX... I like the guy and I like what he was trying to do with his company...

What about the "innocent" people who suffer as a result of his imprudence? I'm talking about shareholders. They're always the big losers. Usually corrupt management gets off with a slap on the wrist, in the form of a fine, and a promise not to do it again.

The SEC needs the power to instigate criminal prosecutions.
