I'm trying to figure out why all of a sudden people are talking about getting their Certs for their shares. We havn't been told to do that, and if I understand correctly, once you have the Certs, instead of your Broker having them, you can't trade them. If that's true, it would take the shares out of circulation, but you can't trade them either. Does anyone know the details on this? IMO:

The only thing I've seen that talks about Certs is the PR Article from January 7, 2003.
