Tomas George Wilmot - Managing Director:

Both companies are involved in Gold Exploration, Concession Acquisitions and Mining Production in Tajikistan, Central Asia and Ecuador, South America. Responsibilities include the guidance of day to day operations of companies, including strategic decisions, company direction and fund-raising.

In addition to financing emerging and new business opportunities, Mr. Wilmot has maintained substantial financial interests in several companies including: Analytical Nano Technology, Biocide International, Radio Frequency Identification Disks Ltd. and ROAR Plc,

Director - Energique Health Club in Alton, Hampshire, UK.

Director - Zoo Worldwide, Theme Bar and Restaurant in Gran Canaria.

1997-2005 - President and Chairman of Skynet Telematics Inc, responsibilities included overseeing the day to day operations of the Company as well as fund raising, product development and contract negotiations. At its peak, Skynet employed 45 people and was capitalised in-excess of US$100m.

Responsibilities included the complete reorganization and refinancing of the company, as well as the introduction of Athabasca Corporation to the Carolin project which led to an investment of over US$4m in work and drilling projects, increasing reserves to over 350,000 ounces.

Randall Andrus:
Over twenty years experience in negotiation, acquisition, management and financing of mining projects throughout Canada, United States, South America and Russia has provided Mr. Andrus with vast international corporate experience. His international business experiences have encompassed all levels of corporate structure, including both risk-capital and institutional funding, private and public investment relations consulting, and mining concession and property negotiations. Much of this experience has been conducted in politically and culturally sensitive countries around the world, such as Kazakhstan, Tajikistan, India, Pakistan, Ghana, Indonesia, and South America and has been the ground work required to hold corporate management positions as complex and demanding as Chairman, Chief Executive Officer and President. His international travels and business experience have provided the insight that was recently required to capitalize on the exploration and mining opportunities in Ecuador. These most recent opportunities have now been acquired by GB Global Mining AG. The Mimopi Concessions Project in Zaruma, the Santa Fe Mining Company acquisition, "state of the art" mill upgrade and current ore production as well as the most recent agreements between Mr. Andrus and Ed Dhonau through First Summit Exploration Limited and Minera Del Pacifico, are what have been instrumental in Mr. Andrus expanding First Summit / Makromines S.A., from a small group of Ecuador based Gold, Copper and Silver exploration concessions and positioning FSE / Makromines S.A. into assured mine and mill production revenue for GBGM shareholders.

John E. Dhonau:
As owner and operator of Minera Nevada SA. Mr. Dhonau has a proven history in the gold mining business with extraordinary results in the country of Ecuador. His diverse experience base, people skills, and the ability to see quickly and clearly what needs to be done while immersed into difficult business situations has set him apart in his management skills. As a mining developer, he has used strong proven business techniques in this industry. His life objective is to find opportunities in fractured mining environments and bring in proven technology providing a profitable business model. He is following through with this personal objective by consolidating the small miner in Ecuador in an effort to work together and support the efforts as one consolidated company. He has developed a work phrase in the Portovelo mining region that has sent a loud and clear message to the mining associations of this area, "Un Pueblo, Un Compania, Un Futura" ( One Town, One Company, One Future)

GB Global Mining AG, a Swiss registered Company currently trading publicly on both the Frankfurt and Berlin Stock exchanges, is now creating the largest "in production" Gold mining and exploration Company in Ecuador. To achieve this, GBGM has acquired all of the assets of First Summit Exploration Limited (FSE), a private Canadian Exploration and Mining company, The assets, held within Makromines S.A., a wholly owned subsidiary of FSE include several concession licenses for the Mimopi concession project (Miranda, Miranda Alto, Montedesuca, Gabriella and Pilacella concessions) in the Portovelo-Zaruma region of the El Oro Province in Ecuador, plus the recent purchase of the Santa Fe Mining Company. In addition to the Mimopi Concession project, concession, mining and ore production rights, recently acquired through an agreement between First Summit Exploration Limited and Machala based Minera Del Pacifico Limited have created the opportunity for GB Global Mining AG to soon be recognized as the largest exploration and gold production Company in Ecuador. Most significant within these opportunities are the concession rights for Yellow River, the Muluncay epithermal gold project and the world renowned, historically documented, Vanderbilt family owned, American Shaft
