SLOOP, If all the shares have been retired, They would eventually have to make it public. When this happens, The short game will be over and Shorty will have to cover. As the stock is covered, the naked shorted shares will no doubt be retired too. This could bring Urban to give a tender offer for all of our shares. He could close CMKX and go public with CIM and a merger with partners onto the AMEX, BB, Nasdx. He already anounced a dividend for current shareholders to recieve CIM shares...We could receive a tender offer and shares into the new company... Wouldn't that be nice...
