Wrong, nothing has ballooned up. There are various debt payment schedules due various months all of which so far have been negotiated and delayed for the future, and they are currently in negotiations to redo the entire thing.

This is the 3rd filing about this event since December -- it's old news, there is ZERO default. The original financing was $5.7 million of which they paid off more than half of it, and they are working out a payment plan for the other half.

I don't see anything "forced" -- and there's nothing I see to even remotely suggest bankruptcy or they wouldn't be actively filming 7+ new infomericals and launching 7+ new products soon.
