Is VBDG Bankrupt yet? Today's news on the 8K filing certainly seems to have them hanging by a near BK thread. Or else bad dilutive position IMO.

I told you to watch out for that current debt due. Looks like it bit the longs here in the arse.
Looks like that $500K+ due to Gottbetter in January 2009 has now ballooned up to nearly $1 mill in short order (not to mention all the other current debt due they have).

And the company had cash on hand of $145K last September?

Sure seems to me like Gottbetter is tired of the continual delays and is forcing the issue a bit more.

Good luck. I don't see much future with this company at all.
