HERO, a new scrap metal supplier, looks like it wants to provide shallow-water drilling and marine services to the oil and natural gas exploration and production industry in the U.S. Gulf of Mexico and internationally again. Maybe this way they can get valued at more than 15 cents on the dollar for their equipment. <VBG>
