it was vfin on bid for the first 1M trade
it was nite on bid for the second trade
and the final *trades* it was ubss until
15:36:43 ~ after that one apparently needed
magic dust to get filled ~

i now know of 3 brokers ~ who've been contacted
in the last 2 days ~ due to an inability to get
*filled* at the ask ~ imagine that

now at 15:36:43 ~ ubss <at .0002 on bid> lowered
their bid back to .0001 ~ and at the same time stamp ~
nite <at .0003 on ask> lowered their ask back to .0002 ~

now what was so interesting ~ a long put in a
bid at *ask* at 15:40 ~ it didn't fill for 10 minutes
so figuring that nite ~ was once again *blocking*
on ask <shocking i know> ~ the order was changed to
a smaller bid ~ above the ask ~ this too didn't fill

however ~ an exact *match* of the trade did post
at 15:56:57 ~ at .0002 ~ only the original didn't
fill ~ hmmm ~ just another day ~ just another
report *generated* ~ and why when folks talk
about painting the close ~ i laugh ~ *they* close
the pps ~ where they want to ~ apparently today
it was time for a .0002

so for 10 minutes ~ one *bid* sat ~ not filled at the ask and
for another 7 minutes or so <until market close>
~ another bid sat above the ask and also didn't fill ~
now neither trade should have been an *issue* ~ not talking
a huge amount of shares here ~ but obviously it was

hmmmm ~ wonder what it can possibly mean?
