Yes they diluted in order to grow the company..and Jared was transparent and told us upfront that he was going to dilute and why the company needed to do it.

You just explained to yourself why the stock pps should not be used as a true asset..It can wildly fluctuate and be artificially driven by market forces--regardless of the TRUE intrinsic value of the actual company. There are companies out there right now that have market caps that are LOWER than the value of REAL ASSETS (Buildings, equipment, cash). Crazier than hell...but exactly why a company shouldn't depend on it's market cap for it's health.
