So explain why the dilution to 1.6B shares. I do not know the history but usually that means that is the only way they could raise capital. Correct me? If they did that last year then I could understand because there was no banks or investment houses willing to loan money. They were in terrible time the worst of time. So it is my understanding they had no choice - please correct me. If times were different I believe they could have gotten a loan. I agree somewhat with you the stk price is for raising money. We still do not know the terms of stk in close hands and the terms for it. I am assuming Allie has a lot and has some interesting terms with his stk. If they are going to grow like they say it is best to have more options to raise money and the best one is a good stk price. No one knows what tomorrow will bring in the financial markets. Look at Ford they did the smartest thing they took credit against all of there assets. I do not think they thought things would be as bad as they are but they were prepared for the terrible down turn. Never under estimate not having a good stk price you never know when you will need it. Plans never go as planned.
